If you own an iPhone, which is considered as the best Smartphone on the market, you certainly own a portable media player. It is also referred to as a pocket computer. The iTunes is a digital media player whose main function is to organize and play digital music files. So for music lovers, synchronizing the iPhone and iTunes music, you certainly are going to enjoy the greatest of Apple Inc’s innovations. Syncing simply allows you to play your music that is both on the iPhone and the iTunes through its application on the computer.

Making this connection is simple and this is how you go about it.

You will need:

• The iPhone
• A computer with updated iTunes software
• iPhone data cable

First, connect the iPhone to the computer using the iPhone data cable. This goes into the computer’s USB port. From your computer, you will be able to open the iTunes application to access your music library with the iPhone. Here you will be ready to sync your digital music files between the iPhone and the iTunes’s inventory on the computer. Go ahead now, open the iTunes program and begin to download new files.

Go to options in your iTunes and select “source.” Update the iPhone library by choosing “Auto Sync” in the iTunes. If any technical problem appears during the synchronization process, please use “Restore” on the iTune summary screen to go back to the iTunes’ and iPhones’ default setting. From here, you can now create different playlists on the computer as the files are uploaded.

You will have to wait until synchronization completes before you disconnect the iPhone from your computer. A pop up at your iTunes will alert you that the downloads are complete. You are done. Remember to always connect the iPhone to your computer everyday to keep it updated.

In a very unique way, you can also possibly use the App remote to sync the iPhone to your iTunes. In other words, you can use the iPhone to act as a remote and you will be able to control your iTunes to play the music of your choice on the computer.

For this function to work, however, you will definitely need to make sure you have a Wi fi network connection. This can be found in your setting on the iPhone.
